1. About RRCT

Rajaneni Ramanaidu Charitable Trust (“RRCT”) is a registered charitable trust operating under the Andhra Pradesh Public Trusts Act. Our mission is to serve underprivileged communities in rural Andhra Pradesh through education, healthcare, food distribution, and environmental programmes.

2. Use of the Website

• All donations made through our website are voluntary contributions to RRCT.
• Donations are eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to applicable limits and conditions.
• Donation amounts are non-refundable once processed, except in cases of duplicate or erroneous transactions. Refund requests must be raised within 7 days by emailing contact@rrct.org.in.
• Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. RRCT does not store your card or bank account details.
• We will use donated funds for our charitable programmes at our discretion, consistent with our stated mission.
